US listed ADR: MARUY (Marubeni Corp ADR): Each ADR represents 10 underlying shares of Marubeni Corporation (8002.T). This is explicitly stated in one of the search results which mentions "ADR-Each Cnv into 10 NPV" and "Ratio (ORD:DRS) 10 :1"

I was unable to find a definitive ADR ratio for MARUF in the search results. However, given the significant price difference observed between MARUY and MARUF, it's highly likely that MARUF represents a different number of underlying shares than MARUY

MARUY is generally the more actively traded ticker .. pls correct me if i am wrong.

Also currently, the ability to buy fractional shares of OTC stocks is not a widely available feature. You will likely need to purchase whole shares of MARUY and MARUF if your broker allows trading in these OTC securities.
